I oversee all business support functions within an organisation, ensuring compliance with regulations, facilitating meetings, and managing strategic plans. This role involves leading teams, developing strategies, and ensuring the smooth operation of support departments like HR, finance, and IT.

With a passion for outdoor garden furniture, I work closely with the LOFA council to support growth and sustainability in the industry. I focus on understanding trends, fostering collaboration, and building a strong, connected community among members and stakeholders.

I joined LeisureGrow in 2000 and now serve as Managing Director of our family-run business. Three of our brands—LG Outdoor, Grillstream, and NOMA—are active LOFA members. I’m keen to work with others in the industry to face challenges and explore growth. I live in Hertfordshire with my wife and two sons.

With over 25 years in the leisure industry, I’m currently Country Manager for Broil King UK & Ireland, leading a team of 10. I’ve held roles at Calor Gas, Weber, and Landmann. On the LOFA council, I aim to represent the barbecue sector and help members share expertise for the benefit of the whole industry.

I’m a director at Pacific Lifestyle, a family business in Yorkshire with over 100 years’ history and long-standing LOFA membership. With a corporate finance background, I’ve worked in the business for 15 years and attended trade fairs worldwide. I’m passionate about cricket, food, and beer, and value the council’s role in tackling industry challenges together.

I run Southsea Deckchairs with my wife Roma and have served on the LOFA council since 2008. I value the organisation’s people and principles and enjoy supporting members and developing LOFA. Outside work, I play classic and folk guitar and have a keen interest in history.
