LOFA member Pacific Lifestyle has announced the acquisition of historic Yorkshire home textiles brand Walton & Co, marking an exciting new chapter for both businesses. The acquisition brings together two established Yorkshire family businesses and represents an exciting development for Pacific Lifestyle as it continues to expand its interiors portfolio.
Founded in Knaresborough in 1785, Walton & Co has a long-standing reputation for quality textiles, distinctive home furnishings and beautifully coordinated collections. Under the ownership of the Marshall family for the past 36 years, the company has become a respected and trusted supplier to retailers across the UK.
The acquisition will see Pacific Lifestyle take the Walton & Co brand forward, preserving its heritage and established product ranges while introducing a fresh aesthetic to Pacific’s existing offering.

As part of the transition, Walton & Co will continue fulfilling customer orders until 30 November, after which Pacific Lifestyle will take responsibility for stock, forward orders and ongoing customer fulfilment.
The new 2027 Walton & Co collections will be available to preview through Pacific Lifestyle from 9 November, ensuring continuity for existing customers and offering retailers an exciting opportunity to explore the brand’s latest ranges.
